Refund policy
Non-Refundable Purchase: All ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of personal plans
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or emergencies
- Weather conditions
- Failure to attend the event
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. If the event is canceled, ticket holders may be offered:
- A ticket to the rescheduled event
- A voucher or credit for a future event
- A full refund, subject to the organizer's discretion
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduled events.
